As your dreaming of immersing yourself in the beauty of the Burleigh point break and the pristine coastline stretching towards Surfers Paradise, we want to share some exciting news with you.

In our continuous endeavour to enhance your holiday experience, we are thrilled to announce our largest beautification project yet.

In the forthcoming months, we are committed to substantial enhancements in our facilities. Our focus will include upgrading windows and balcony doors to feature superior weather ratings and enhanced acoustic performance, achieved through the installation of thicker, tinted, laminated safety glass. This glass not only offers 90% UV resistance but also significantly reduces external noise, ensuring a more peaceful environment for our guests. Furthermore, the upgraded glass provides improved temperature stability, ensuring a more comfortable stay. Bedroom windows will be upgraded to meet all current legislative requirements, while balcony doors will feature tinted laminated safety glass to minimise glare and enhance acoustic performance. The installation of full-length glass doors will notably enhance the scenic views. Additionally, we are prioritising safety by replacing balustrades with glass, conforming to current NCC codes while simultaneously optimising the view. Furthermore, we will be replacing curtain tracks, with many apartments receiving new curtains and blinds where necessary, to ensure a refreshed and aesthetically pleasing ambiance throughout.

While we’re excited about these enhancements, we understand that construction work may lead to some unavoidable noise disturbances. To mitigate any inconvenience, we’ve introduced the Day Time Explorer room/rate type.

Explorer discount options are available for all bookings. Day Time Explorer Rates are available only for the tower where the works are being done.

Maintenance activities will be limited to Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 4:00pm, with occasional periods of noise from jackhammering. Additionally, there may be brief interruptions to access around the building. Please don’t hesitate to contact our reception team if you have any concerns about potential disruptions during your stay.

If you’re someone who loves exploring the vibrant attractions of the Gold Coast and Burleigh Heads, including theme parks, retail therapy, Tallebudgera Creek, and nearby national parks, then this won’t impact your holiday experience at all. At times, the swimming pool may need to be temporarily closed for safety reasons. However, fret not! During these brief interludes, we ensure your aquatic pleasure continues uninterrupted by providing access to a nearby swimming pool. Additionally, don’t miss out on the breathtaking swimming experiences awaiting you at Tallebudgera Creek and our stunning Burleigh Beaches.
