Warner
Brothers Movie World is a popular
movie related theme park on the Gold Coast in Australia. It is owned
and operated by Village Roadshow and is the only movie related park
in Australia. The park contains various movie-themed rides and attractions
ranging from motion simulators to roller coasters and slow river rides.
In addition, costumed character performers also patrol the park, allowing
visitors the chance to take photos with them. Minor street shows including
skits and singing performances are also present. The All-Star Parade
commences at 2.30 PM every day, and also showcases costumed characters
alongside vehicles and movie-themed floats. There are also a number

Seaworld
introduces people of all ages to the wonders of the Oceans around us.
Various aquariums and pools show of Australia's diverse marine life
including trained Dolphins and sea lions. Shark Bay is a favourite where
a system of artificial lagoons allows sharks to be viewed from both
above water and underwater. Sharks exhibited include large and potentially
dangerous tiger sharks and bull sharks. Sea World's many rides include
a triple-loop roller coaster, a cable car and a carousel. A conservation-themed
"4D" cinematic show called combines 3D visual effects with

| Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary | |
Currumbin
is just five minutes south of Burleigh Heads in the centre of the Gold
Coast and is renowned for its feeding of huge flocks of free-flying
wild Rainbow Lorikeets. The sanctuary now houses one of the largest
collections of Australian native species in the world. Exhibits include
Tasmanian Devils, a reptile house and the largest walk-through aviary
in the southern hemisphere. The multitude of events, shows and attractions
include dingo encounters, free flight bird shows and even crocodile
feeding of the park's massive saltwater crocodile. The park also contains
a serious aspect of its work and exhibits and behind the scenes include
a state-of-the-art veterinary and rehabilitation hospital where thousands
of sick and injured animals are brought every day. book

Zoo is located on the Sunshine
Coast approximately 2 hours from your accommodation in Burleigh Heads.
It is owned by Terri Irwin, who is the widow of Steve Irwin, whose wildlife
documentary series The Crocodile Hunter made the zoo a popular
tourist attraction. Although best known for the crocodiles and the live
crocodile feedings, the zoo is also known for featuring exhibits of
other Australian wildlife, including koalas, wombats, Tasmanian devils,
snakes, and turtles. You can drive
