“Refreshing short stay”
We stayed 3 nights in Apartment 55 in the South Tower. The view was spectacular and everything we needed (which was not much) was there. We didn’t cook, didn’t use the washing machine and were happy to get that little bit of extra exercise walking down to the beach and to James st for coffee and newspaper and dinner at night. Sure, the decor is a bit “faded 1970’s glamour” style, but it was really clean and comfortable with a comfortable bed and massive TV. The position tucked into the headland with beach below is great – we enjoyed the birds and the bush. The staff were friendly and pleasant. We got a good deal as it was off peak, so thanks Gemini Court – we will be back!

“Exceptional family holiday resort”
Great facilities, large pool, heated spa, sauna and tennis court. It’s gorgeous location has unparalleled views of the beach for miles and miles. The friendly staff made you feel you were visiting friends not staying in a resort. I couldn’t figure out the foxtel television and the maintenance man Arron was so happy to come up and help, what a lovely chap, the receptionist Kim was also helpful, she gave us a list of 10 restaurants offering a 10% discount if we showed our room key plus a buy one get one free dinner meal at the surf club. We went to Oskars one night – The food is unbelievable and the view is to die for. Make sure you give yourself enough time to have a souffle for dessert – they are out of this world after commenting how reasonable it was compared to a Brisbane fine dining restaurant they gave us a 10% discount when we showed our key. Give it a try YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. We also went to Crust Gourmet Pizza restaurant. Real yummy pizza’s. The resort has free DVD’s to use whilst staying and board games even though I lost at Monopoly it was a fun night overlooking the views from our balcony One of the best resort apartments i’ve stayed in and for such a good price. Really enjoyed our stay!

I was at Gemini for one week and can’t say I have anything horrible to write. Only minor complaints about the cost of wifi and the fact that you have to lug your baggage up two flights of stairs when you arrive. All of this is easily forgotten when you open your patio doors to enjoy the amazing view.
Kudos to the front desk staff as well who were always friendly and helpful. I can guarantee that when I return to Burleigh the Gemini will be my first choice for a place to stay.

“What a place to stay”
Even though we arrived Sunday afternoon when nobody was on duty everything was there and available. Very friendly welcoming staff where nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Huge apartment, fantastic view north towards Surfers. A great central location with really good restaurants nearby.
Room Tip: Make sure it has an ocean view

“Very spacious units!”
We stayed in the South Tower on the top level (Unit 60) and we were so surprised at how big the unit was, it was awesome. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a very big living/dining/kitchen area. The unit was clean and tidy and had great appliances and all that we needed as a family of 5. It was classed as ocean view room and we could just see Burleigh Point but no other ocean view, but the hinterland view was nice too. Next time we would like to try the North Tower, only for the view. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the tennis court.
Great position, great size units and we will definitely stay again! Very friendly Kookaburras – we had 4 on our balcony!!
Room Tip: Try the North tower or if you want a really big unit ask for a plan D unit.

“Spacious apartment and a great location for families”
We enjoyed our stay at Gemini Court over the Christmas week. The 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean with plenty of room for us as a family of five. The Ocean view was stunning and the location was within easy reach of the patrolled beach (5 minute walk). Burleigh itself is an excellent choice for families. Plenty of parks, cafes, beach walkways. I would agree with other reviewers that the Air Conditioning units were in need of a good clean.

After our seven night stay we considered ourselves very lucky to have found this place to stay in as it was very difficult to fault in any way. While the building is relatively old this meant that the rooms were larger and more spacious and that fixtures and fittings were more solid. We asked for an ocean view apartment, realising that this sometimes means you can catch a glimpse of the sea if you are standing on a bed, but not here. We had incredible views of the beachfront and the Surfers Paradise skyline from every room (other than the two full bathrooms) with a very generous balcony. The facilities were top class and the staff helpful and friendly. As this is not a hotel, the furnishings and decor will vary from apartment to apartment as it is the luck of the draw, but we were more than happy with what we got. The location was perfect and as Burleigh Heads is in the middle of the Gold Coast, excursions North, South and West were easy. Would rebook here without a second’s thought.

Views to die for!!!!!”
Watching evening slowly fall over Burleigh Heads beach from the top floor of Gemini Court is an experience you won’t soon forget. The apartment is well equipped with an ensuite for the master bedroom and full bathroom. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided and TV and DVD with cable TV available. The friendly staff at reception welcomed you to the units and were available if you had any enquiries about local tours or theme parks which are an easy drive. The apartments are an easy walk to cafes and restaurants on James Street. On most Sunday evenings there are fire jugglers and drumming….great way to end the weekend. Once visited you will return to Gemini Court.

“Great position and very comfortable hotel”
Arrived late at night, instructions were clear to collect our key and layout of the premises. Lots of room and everything we needed was there. We had a 2 b/r unit in the South Tower, beds were huge and bathrooms were a dream.
Room Tip: facing the surf would be good also the hinterland where we were. Food works grocery shop is good and also the shopping centre.

“Gemini Court – My 2nd Home”
Just returned from a two week stay at Gemini court staying in the north tower with views from Burleigh Heads all the way past Surfers Paradise and on a clear day can see South Stradbroke Island. The million dollar views are amazing and spectacular sunrise and sunsets everyday. You can walk down the hill to the beach or go for a walk thru Burleigh Heads National Park to Tullebudgera creek or just sit on “The Point” and watch the surf and also a great BBQ area if you do not want to have a BBQ by the Gemini Court pool or relaxing in the hot spa.
I found the reception desk very helpful with booking all my trips to the theme parks and even purchased the tickets at a discounted price.
The complex is a short walk to Burleigh shops and restaurants or 5 minute drive to Stock land Shopping Centre at West Burleigh.
- Room Tip: I prefer the North Tower and a superior room.

“Great location with million dollar views”
I recently spend 5 days at Gemini Court. I loved my views from the balcony. The office staff were most helpful advising us of the many activities. We didn’t miss the beach as their pool was most inviting. The park walks are amazing. I always come to Burleigh as the shopping and restaurants are great.

We had four nights at Gemini Court, the perfect weather helped. We had a ground floor two bedroom self contained unit which worked well as we had a bit of grass outside our room instead of a balcony. Early check in was available. A clean room in a good location right near the surf at Burleigh. Handy to shops and restaurants.

“Great place to stay”
I read the reviews on Trip Advisor and stayed here and we loved it. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (#126) on the 16th floor in the North Tower and loved it. We had amazing views from the living room, balcony and master bedroom looking right up the beach to the Gold Coast. It was spectacular! The apartment was big, light and perfect for our long weekend. The kids loved having their own bathroom and it was a 2 minute walk to both the beach and short walks in the National Park next door. The only minor complaint is that they only provide very limited supplies ie 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher tablet, limited loo paper etc. It wouldn’t hurt to provide a bit more and I would have expected it for the price. Having said that though I would definitely stay here again. Pool was great too and tennis looked good but we didn’t have time to use it.
Room Tip: Ask for an apartment on a high floor in the North Tower for the best beach views.

“Very happy with our superior apartment”
We just stayed 5 nights & were extremely happy with our superior apartment. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided for in our modern & spacious apartment. The ensuite bathroom was HUGE!!!! So hard leaving that vanity behind! The 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds in a good size room which was great when you normally get 2 singles shoved in together in a small room at other places. The views are as other reviews suggest, amazing – no other word for it. The complex itself is nothing in particular to rave about, but the room made up for that. The pool area is nice enough for a family swim with ocean views which was lovely. The walk up the hill to the complex, whilst it doesn’t take that long, is quite steep & tests the legs with a pram & toddler & some bags! The flights of stairs on entry were also annoying with the pram, but we just got used to it. Reception were pleasant & obliging through the week, however the guy working the wkend we checked in could never be found! He just had a radio blaring in the office & was out when we checked x3 times. Burleigh is a lovely place for relaxing, don’t expect the excitement & hustle & bustle of surfers (which is why we chose Burleigh this year). Lots of families, no barbie doll types to be found! Friendly staff nearly everywhere we went, the surf club does a nice meal with great views & cooling ocean breezes. All in all, a great holiday – thanks Gemini court!

- We are recurring clients and stay 3 weeks at a time with very particular requirements including the quality of management. We always choose north facing beaches – Mooloolaba, Noosa or Burleigh Heads. The combination of lowest susceptibility to rain, fabulous large apartment size, large pool and spa (absorbs many), the best beach in Australia and terrific management make Gemini number 1. Every apartment has the best view on the Gold Coast – looking down onto the beach and up the coast to Surfers Paradise. Even the stainless and always spotless and protected BBQ area shares the same view. Burleigh will have a great wave when the Sunshine Coast is flat and Burleigh Heads beach is huge and usually open even when northern Gold Coast beaches are eroded or closed in unpleasant conditions. Beach is a short stroll.Up the hill even lower floors have great views and there are no close buildings. The space makes it very relaxing. Great on your own or as a family. James Street shopping, cafes, family eateries, large parks and the beach front cafe under the surf club are great.I have to say, after 3 repeat years, the management is excellent – very friendly and helpful. There are always a couple of issues when you stay for this period but they are courteously and immediately fixed without fuss. Nothing is a problem. We always consider alternatives, but Yr 4 here we come.
- Room Tip: North Tower for beach, ocean and inland views; South Tower for beach, pool, a little less ocean and great hinterland views
